Lynn practiced at two prominent maritime firms in San Francisco, and in her own solo practice, before forming Thomas, Quinn & Krieger. Michael (“Mick”) Thomas specializes in the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, including its extensions, the Defense Base Act, the Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act, and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, as well as related maritime civil cases such as those brought under the Jones Act. Michael Quinn specializes in the defense of personal injury claims, particularly those falling within the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act extension, the Defense Base Act.
